We purchased a load leveler for this task, and it is essential. We wish that we had lubricated it before hooking it to the engine hoist. It also would have been easier to use had we mounted it with the leveling crank to the rear.

Here we're changing the engine angle so that we can slide the mounting pads under the fuselage flange.
