With our fast build kit, we had to cut out a section of the keel surface in order to mount the mid-keel support for the aileron torque tube.
The mid-keel support sits too high, and the keel surface is no longer flush. We are in the process of adding a bid layup under the existing support flange. The new layup will act as the flange after the existing flange is ground enough for the keel surface to sit flush. |
