More documentation of the rudder cable tubing: An adel clamp holds the aluminum tube at the fuselage. This is where the nylaflow tube enters the 3/8" aluminum tube, just at the rear edge of the whale tale. (See also Picture 272)

Here it's easy to see the fiberglass over the epoxy fill. There is an art to applying the fill cleanly, and Brett is the only one of us who has mastered it. Three of us were working, and Brett's fill looks nice; but this is not his. Since this will eventually be covered, we didn't make a big cleanup effort.
