The process:   We enlarged the holes in the blue foam behind the wing root shear web, then filled the holes with structural epoxy. Once again, the pastry bag* was great. The #10 decorating tip fit nicely into the screw holes.

The epoxy is 90% cured, and our threaded brass inserts seem to be secure.
