We're building up the attach points with structural and will be bedding in aluminum hard points on both top and bottom. Again, the pastry tube (a.k.a. decorating bag) made an easy task of filling the holes.

After building up a mound of structural, we set the aluminum hard points in place and set the fuel pump/filter assembly back on (guarded with plastic wrap) to ensure the hard points are at the correct height.

After we're sure that the stand will work, we'll fill the edges of the foam to seal them.
