The keel access cover is complete. We had a little slip with the cutout, but it was minor enough that we just filled the gap. Our set of standoffs worked pretty well. If we had it to do over again, I think a better answer would be to do small blobs of Bondo inside the keel, cover the cutout with plastic wrap, and set it in place.

If you look at the side of the keel on the left, you'll see that we also created a cover for the large access hole. Oddly, I couldn't find any photos of that project.

We're happy with the fit for both covers.
