Here are the molds for the exhaust pipe fairings. We wrapped them as wrinkle-free as possible in plastic wrap. We then attached them to standoffs with Bondo. Lying in front is the fiberglass for each of the fairings. We started with one layer of fiberglass, but realized quickly that a second layer was a good idea.
