We set up a construction square along the perpendicular line established in the previous photo... We used the Black & Decker laser level to highlight the mid-point line along the torque tube: You can see the laser light on the mid-point of the elevator mounting bracket screw. The intrepid constructor held the drill in line with the construction square as well as the laser line. He then drilled the spring mounting bracket and torque tube.
