And this is the finished layup. Here I had actually pulled the plug out and put the finished duct back in on the copilot side to see how it will fit. Sees to be great to me.

To make this part, I used 3 ply of fine bid. Not the best choice of material, but I have lots of extra and I don't like working with the stuff for any difficult shapes.
