Our intrepid space traveler shooting primer. In painting 44VF I used a homemade hood and half mask with Brett's Hobby Air. It worked OK, but was less than great. Again, I'm using Brett's Hobby Air, but have decided to invest in a real forced air hood. The lens covers are replaceable. It also has an inflating collar that helps ensure that fumes do not mix in the hood's fresh air. Next time, I will tuck the hood into the coverall's collar, so that I will have some cooling in the Tyvek suit.
