The brown paper wedge on the far right shows the amount we need to add to our inboard wing surface - about four inches at the trailing edge. The template lying on the wing surface will be used as a pattern for the fiberglass. We plan to wrap the fiberglass onto the vertical shear web. And we almost forgot to leave space around the aileron torque tube channel. Good save, Jerry!

If you're reading the info written on the template, the line marked "existing wing edge" should read "new inboard wing edge". We are allowing a little extra so that we can trim it up square.
