We have, at this point, installed the bottom half of the hinge on the flange with structural epoxy and pop rivets. We waited for that to cure.

Here, the top half of the hinge has been installed on the cowling, again with structural and pop rivets.

Some of the structural squeezed out, and we're cleaning it from the area where the hinge pin will sit. We find that a dental tool works great for precision work in small spaces.
