Our aft hinge installation from outside the cowling. The clecos on either end are holding the cowling in position. These are 1/8" clecos. The remaining silver-colored clecos are 3/32" (the smallest we could find); and these are holding the carbon hinge in place as the adhesive cures.

Before installing the clecos into the hinge, we gooped up the tips with petroleum jelly.
