Measuring the aileron deflection.

We spent at least two hours adjusting the aileron cables and measuring deflection. The measurements weren't always consistent, and it was frustrating. We were convinced that we had full travel from the bell crank at the whale tale in the fuselage, but we couldn't get the appropriate travel of the ailerons.
