Once the rib installation cured, we removed the canoe and sanded all the mating surfaces.

Here, the canoe is installed on the wing with a nice layer of West Systems slow-cure structural. Our jig is holding the canoe surfaces in place during the cure; however, on this installation we've replaced some of the clamps with duct tape.
