We hope that we have the inboard side of the canoe "nailed down". We used duct tape over the inside of the canoe and pulled it against the trailing edge of the wing (white arrows). Once the canoe lip was correctly located, we applied shmooey to hold the canoe in place (green oval). We then clamped the lip of the canoe to the bottom of the wing. (We'll remove the duct tape tomorrow when the shmooey has cured.)

So... this is day two of the canoe modification. We have at least one more day's work on this project. This is discouraging, but the canoe will look right when we're finished.
