This is the first layup of the electrical connection cover. It's sort of a Frankenstein layup, because we've discovered that our stock BID fiberglass is quite short. This layup is a composition of a whole bunch of scraps of BID.

Because we'll need to do additional layups on this, we covered it with a thin Dacron polyester cloth. The Dacron is more flexible than peel ply.
