Two foam removal bits. This photo is for scale. He started with a 2 1/2' finishing nail (bottom), ground off the head, then bent the last 1/2' to a (mostly) right angle. This bit creates a space in the foam that allows for a 1' disk of structural to surround the captured nut.
He can't remember what the top bit was used for, but that made a really big hole in something!
These special bits have permanent storage space in the tool box. |
