And then the behemoth LS2 engine arrived from Vesta. Firewall back! Engine, PSRU, EMC, cowling reworked and 4-blade prop. It's been a long road for Bob, but now we can start the engine installation.

Just because it's a complete doesn't mean that there isn't alot of work to go. But we can start that trek. Probably going to do education and analysis (as in read everything and figure out what has to happen next) for the rest of this week. Then it's off to OSH for a week. So it will be August before we can hang the engine.

Notice that I am not getting anything done on 202VB? Having too much fun with Bob's 95DY and the Ferrell's 44VF. OK so not all of it's fun, but I am learning a lot. Hope to avoid some of the traps we have found on those planes. Decisions made now will always be evaluated against future work-arounds needed to compensate for those early decisions.
