I plan to use the inside lip (instead of all of the screws) to hold the cowling onto the fuselage. One of the things that I know is a problem is installing the lower cowling, so I built my flange with a flare to give me some assistance in installation. You will have to click on the picture to see what I have done. Seems to work, but I think it will need some added tricks to make it really easy to get the cowling installed. I'll post developments later.
