To get the stand fully on the floor we re-rigged with the hoist up high and the come-a-long on the hoist. We then removed the jack by raising the hoist and lowered the stand onto the wheels with the come-a-long.

Worked perfectly. Here I am checking for stability while the chains are still in place. If it was unstable, we would have reversed the process and beef up this design. It is very stable, thanks mostly to the stand that John built.
