Lower hinge installation. This happened after the upper hinge installation had completely cured.

1) We installed the lower hinge with the hinge pin in place, and then...

2) Removed all hinge pins and clecos on this side of the cowling.

3) Cleaned oozed epoxy from the lower hinge knuckles.

4) Re-inserted all hinge pins and the external cowling clecos.

5) We are waiting 12 hours for the adhesive to cure. (24 hours is required for maximum strength.) We are able to keep the workshop temperature at about 75 degrees. Also note that the adhesive wants to be stored at cooler temperatures, so we are storing it in a separate location.
