Meanwhile, we've removed the brake system for refinishing. Jerry ihad nitially painted this with an inexpensive chrome paint to see how it would look, thinking that he would get the tubes plated. He later realized that the mechanics of the assembly wouldn't allow it to be plated. Meanwhile, the paint has been dinged up and the assembly has epoxy drips. It's time to repaint.
