The completed avionics shelf. The 'deck' of the shelf is made from 12 gauge aluminum sheet stock. Jerry couldn't resist doing a machine turn finish on the deck. And, to be honest, the design provides great camouflage for the surface scratches.

The circular cutouts at the corners of the deck provide access to the screws which hold the frame together.
